Art Prints:

All art prints are meticulously created and personalized by John, making each piece unique and special. Due to the personalized nature of our art prints, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care to ensure that the prints are of the highest quality and packaged securely for safe delivery.

 

T-Shirts:

We understand that there may be instances where you would like to exchange your t-shirt for a different size or design. Exchanges for t-shirts are allowed within 5 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

If you need to exchange your t-shirt, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your t-shirt by sending an email to info@dutchmantattoos.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the desired size for the exchange.

  2. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the t-shirt.

  3. Ensure that the t-shirt is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with any tags or labels still attached.

  4. Pack the t-shirt securely to prevent any damage during transit.

  5. Ship the t-shirt back to us using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  6. Once we receive the returned t-shirt and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship out the new t-shirt as soon as possible.


Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or design is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately or within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). Provide us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant photographs if possible. We will work with you to resolve the problem and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
